CAPTAIN VIC

My family moved to the Naples area over 40 years ago. I caught the fishing bug at an early age one day when my family decided to go to the beach and my father had bought a fishing rod to take along on the trip. If I recall correctly my first fish was a Jack Crevalle and that was it, I was hooked. From that day on I went fishing every chance I got, spending many days fishing on the Naples pier for snook, redfish, spanish mackerel and whatever else I could catch. After graduating  from high school, a couple of friends talked me into getting my captains license with them and as they say, the rest is history. I have fished on many boats and have caught many different types of fish and still get a rush when a fish makes the drag scream or when I help someone catch that fish of a lifetime and see that grin from ear to ear. That’s what it’s all about. Come fishing with me and you will see what I mean.
